Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Period
- Customers are allowed to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Product Condition
- The product must be in the same condition as delivered.
- It should not be damaged, broken, or misused.
- Original bill or proof of purchase is required.
Exchange Rules
- Only exchange is allowed — no cash refunds will be provided.
- Customers may exchange the product for another available item.
- Exchange is allowed only once within the 7-day period.
Price Adjustment
- If the new product costs more, the customer must pay the difference amount.
- If the new product costs less, the remaining balance will be returned.
After 7 Days
- No return or exchange will be accepted after 7 days from purchase.
- All sales will be considered final after this period.
